* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Limestone and McLennan County in Central Texas

* WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is ongoing or imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain.
    Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Waco, Bellmead, Woodway, Mexia, Lacy-Lakeview, McGregor,
    West, Valley Mills, Coolidge, Crawford, Hallsburg,
    Northcrest, Lake Waco, Lake Mexia, Fort Parker State Park,
    China Spring, Gholson, Leroy, Ross and Tehuacana.
