...A combination of rain and melting snow could cause runoff
issues across Clearwater and Idaho Counties...

A warm and wet system is currently affecting north central Idaho,
with rainfall totals between 0.50" and 1.00" likely through
Friday. Our biggest concern continues to be narrow travel
corridors, where rock falls could occur and spill onto the
highway. Highway 14 to Elk City has already reported rock falls
covering one lane of the highway as a result of rainfall and
snowmelt runoff. Highway 12 between Orofino and Greer has also
seen lane blockage due to a large rock fall.
