  A SLOW MOVING COMPLEX OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF
  PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING.  THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WAS CENTERED NEAR
  PECOS AND WAS MOVING NORTH AT 5 MPH.

* THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING
LOCATIONS...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
