The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Yabucoa Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 1115 AM AST

* At 820 AM AST, local law enforcement officials reported flooding
  is occurring along Guayanes River. Flash flooding is expected to
  affect the communities nearby Central Roig.


Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Remain alert for flooding even in locations not receiving rain.
Arroyos, streams, and rivers can become raging killer currents in a
matter of minutes, even from distant rainfall.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
