  WEST CENTRAL SOCORRO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO...

* UNTIL 515 PM MDT

* AT 311 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS SOUTHWEST OF MAGDALENA. LOCALIZED
  AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN. THIS MAY PRODUCE
  HIGH FLOWS IN MILLIGAN GULCH. MINOR FLOODING AND LOW VISIBILITIES
  IN HEAVY RAIN ARE LIKELY ALONG HIGHWAY 107 SOUTH OF MAGDALENA.

* FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF WEST CENTRAL
  SOCORRO COUNTY.
