...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
California...

  Middle Fork Feather River Near Portola affecting Plumas County

Showers will persist across Plumas County today with snow levels
gradually lowering. These lowering snow levels may prevent the Middle
Fork of the Feather River from reaching major flood stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These river forecasts are based on forecast rainfall and temperature
conditions at time of issuance. If actual conditions vary from these
forecasts...river conditions will vary accordingly. River forecasts
include current and planned reservoir releases.

The next forecast update for these locations will be issued at about
9 AM Tuesday.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Middle Fork Feather River Near Portola.
* from this morning to late Thursday night.
* At 3:30 AM Tuesday the stage was 7.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 8.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late Tuesday morning and
  continue to rise to near 10.4 feet by early Wednesday morning.
  The river will fall below flood stage by Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...Moderate flooding of lowlands, structures
  and roads from Beckwourth to Sloat, including Portola. Highway 89
  near Clio may be closed for a day or two.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.2
  feet on January 10 2017.
