This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

 Severe weather is possible this afternoon and evening, mainly south
 of I-70. Large hail, damaging winds, and a few tornadoes are
 possible with this activity. Additionally, localized flash flooding
 is possible, along with rapidly rising river levels.
