NORTH OF A FREDERICKSBURG TO SAN MARCOS TO LA GRANGE LINE.
VISIBILITIES WILL GENERALLY REMAIN BETWEEN 3 AND 5 MILES.
HOWEVER... A FEW SPOTS MAY BE REDUCED TO NEAR 1/2 MILE IN FOG. DUE
TO THE PATCHY NATURE OF THE FOG...VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED
QUICKLY OVER A SHORT DISTANCE. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN
AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS.
