ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY EVENING ACROSS
THE EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY MOUNTAINS AND
ANTELOPE VALLEY. AT 315 PM...DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED ONE CELL WITH A
RAIN RATE OF OVER ONE INCH PER HOUR. THIS STORM AND OTHERS THAT
COULD FORM COULD PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...CAPABLE OF LOCALIZED
ROADWAY FLOODING. IN ADDITION...THESE STORMS WILL HAVE THE
POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS...SMALL HAIL...AND DANGEROUS
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
