LINE REACHES HARRIGTON AND DAVENPORT. IF IT HOLDS TOGETHER...IT
SHOULD BE APPROACHING THE WEST PLAINS OF SPOKANE AROUND 5 PM.
ISOLATED THUNDESTORMS WILL BE MOVING FROM CHENEY TOWARD THE
