OR LESS AT TIMES THIS MORNING OVER PORTIONS OF THE SPOKANE AND
COEUR D`ALENE AREA. VISIBILITIES WILL CHANGE RAPIDLY OVER SHORT
DISTANCES SO MOTORISTS SHOULD PREPARE ACCORDINGLY. ALSO SUB-
FREEZING TEMPERATURES COULD ALSO LEAD TO FROSTY CONDITIONS EARLY
THIS MORNING ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND SECONDARY ROADS. THE FOG
IS EXPECTED TO DISSIPATE BEFORE MIDDAY.
