MORNING. PATCHES OF DENSE FOG IS EXPECTED AT TIMES WITH RAPID
CHANGES TO VISIBILITY POSSIBLE DOWN TO A QUARTER MILE. MAIN TRAVEL
CONCERNS WILL BE ALONG HIGHWAY 2 BETWEEN SPOKANE AND LOON LAKE...
HIGHWAY 395 BETWEEN SPOKANE AND SANDPOINT...AND HIGHWAY 95 BETWEEN
COEUR D`ALENE AND SANDPOINT.
