Mist and periods of rain will be occuring early this morning over
most of eastern Pennsylvania and northwest New Jersey. Thick fog
will shroud the high terrain. Glazing occuring in the vicinity of
Mount Pocono and High Point New Jersey should end by 4 am as the
temperature warms a degree or two between midnight and 4 am.

Mist and increasingly thick fog will be developing early this
morning with visibility lowering to a mile along the Interstate
95 corridor eastward to the coasts by 4 am. Visibility will probably
drop to near a quarter mile on parts of the Delmarva early today.
