OVERNIGHT. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS WERE LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN
INCH. ELSEWHERE SKIES RANGED FROM CLEAR TO PARTLY CLOUDY.
TEMPERATURES EARLY THIS MORNING WERE MAINLY IN THE 50S.

ANOTHER TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WILL PRODUCE SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
STORMS ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. ELSEWHERE SKIES WILL BE PARTLY CLOUDY. HIGH TEMPERATURES
THIS AFTERNOON WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 70S TO LOWER 80S.  LOW
TEMPERATURES ON THURSDAY MORNING WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 40S TO
LOWER 60S.
