HIGH PRESSURE MOVED EASTWARD ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST DURING THE
DAY ON TUESDAY BRINGING A PLEASANT...BUT BREEZY SPRING DAY TO THE
REGION. HIGH TEMPERATURES ON TUESDAY RANGED FROM 58 DEGREES AT
FREEPORT TO 65 DEGREES AT MOUNT PLEASANT.

CLOUDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY
MORNING AHEAD OF A DEVELOPING STORM SYSTEM IN EASTERN WYOMING AND
MONTANA. LOW TEMPERATURES ON WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL RANGE FROM
THE LOWER 30S IN NORTHWEST ILLINOIS TO THE LOWER 40S IN NORTHEAST
MISSOURI. TEMPERATURES WILL DROP QUICKLY THIS EVENING AND INTO THE
EARLY MORNING HOURS WITH AREAS OF FROST DEVELOPING IN NORTHWEST
ILLINOIS UNDER CLEAR SKIES AND DIMINISHING WINDS.
