Skies were mostly cloudy through the day on Friday as high
pressure built into the Northern Plains. There were periods of
flurries through the day. High temperatures ranged from 19
degrees at Dubuque to 25 degrees at Sterling Rockfalls.

A quiet night is on tap for the region Friday night into Saturday
morning with continued mostly cloudy skies and a westerly wind
around 5 mph. A few flurries are possible along and north of U.S.
Highway 30. Low temperatures on Saturday morning will range from
10 degrees at Dubuque to 17 degrees at Keokuk.
