SKIES REMAINED MOSTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS
NORTHEAST WISCONSIN. WITHOUT ANY SUNSHINE...TEMPERATURES REMAINED
IN THE UPPER 30S NEAR THE WISCONSIN AND MICHIGAN BORDER...TO THE
LOWER 50S ACROSS CENTRAL WISCONSIN TO THE FOX VALLEY.

A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM AND COLD FRONT IS EXPECTED TO SWEEP
ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING. THIS SYSTEM WILL
BRING AN ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL ACROSS THE FAR NORTH...AND THE FIRST
SNOW FLAKES OF THE SEASON ACROSS CENTRAL AND EAST-CENTRAL
WISCONSIN. WINDY AND COLD CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL ON HALLOWEEN.
WIND GUSTS LATE TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING ARE EXPECTED TO REACH
30 TO 45 MPH...WITH GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH ACROSS DOOR COUNTY.

FOR TRICK OR TREATERS FRIDAY EVENING...THE WINDS WILL DIMINISH
SOME...MOST IN NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN WHILE REMAINING MORE
BLUSTERY IN THE FOX RIVER VALLEY AND THE LAKESHORE. IT WILL BE
COLD...WITH TEMPERATURES FALLING INTO THE MIDDLE 20S NORTH...AND
IN THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S ELSEWHERE. WIND CHILL READINGS ARE
EXPECTED TO BE IN THE UPPER TEENS AND 20S.

THE WEEKEND LOOKS DRY UNDER HIGH PRESSURE BUT HIGHS WILL REMAIN WELL
BELOW NORMAL.
