CONDITIONS WILL BECOME DRIER OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS THE
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE RESPONSIBLE FOR FLASH FLOODING ACROSS
SEVERAL PORTIONS OF THE REGION SLIDES OFF TO THE EAST. A FEW
AFTERNOON AND EVENING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL STILL BE
POSSIBLE TODAY AND MONDAY WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 80S TO NEAR 90.
OVERNIGHT LOWS WILL BE IN THE LOWER 70S.

A COLD FRONT WILL SLOWLY APPROACH THE REGION AND STALL OUT JUST TO
THE NORTHWEST OF THE REGION BY TUESDAY...CREATING A BETTER CHANCE
FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FOR THE REGION THROUGH THURSDAY
WITH HIGHS REMAINING NEAR 90. DRIER CONDITIONS ARE LIKELY TO
RETURN BY WEEKS END AS A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO THE
REGION.
