A COASTAL LOW TRACKS FROM THE MID ATLANTIC COAST TO NOVA SCOTIA
THROUGH TONIGHT...WITH CONTINUED COOL AND DAMP CONDITIONS AS A
RESULT. HIGHS TODAY WILL RUN AROUND 10 TO 15 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL
AND LOWS TONIGHT NEAR TO SLIGHTLY BELOW NORMAL.

ANOTHER LOW WILL SLOWLY TRACK UP THE MID-ATLANTIC COAST FRIDAY AND
FRIDAY NIGHT...BEFORE WEAKENING NEARBY ON SATURDAY. THE RESULT WILL
BE A PERIOD OF STEADIER RAIN FROM FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY. HIGHS ON
FRIDAY SHOULD BE A FEW DEGREES WARMER THAN TODAY...AND HIGHS ON
SATURDAY SHOULD REACH FROM THE UPPER 50S TO LOWER 60S...EXCEPT MID
60S IN THE NEW YORK CITY METRO AREA.
