WINTERSET...TO 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SUN VALLEY LAKE. MOST OF THE
CELLS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTH, BUT THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WAS MOVING
ONLY SLOWLY EAST AT 15 MPH.

THE SLOW SYSTEM MOVEMENT AND HEAVY RAINFALL RATES WITHIN THE STORMS
MAY PRODUCE RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES IN AN HOUR. THIS
WILL LIKELY PRODUCE LOW VISIBILITIES, PONDING WATER ON ROADS AS WELL
AS RAPID RISES IN SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE
ESPECIALLY AWARE OF URBAN LOW WATER CROSSINGS THAT TYPICALLY
PRODUCE STANDING WATER DURING HEAVY RAINS.
