A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP OFF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA FRIDAY
NIGHT. THE LOW CENTER WILL MOVE INLAND ACROSS WESTERN WASHINGTON
SATURDAY EVENING. INCREASING EASTERLY FLOW MAY GIVE WINDY CONDITIONS
NEAR THE CASCADE FOOTHILLS FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING.
WINDY WEATHER IS ALSO POSSIBLE OVER WESTERN WASHINGTON SATURDAY
EVENING AS THE LOW MOVES ASHORE. MONITOR THE LATEST FORECASTS FRIDAY
