AT 554 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR
RUMSEY...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WAS OCCURING WITH THIS STORM. WINDS IN EXCESS OF
30 MPH AND SMALL HAIL WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

THIS STORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF SOUTHEASTERN COLUSA
AND NORTH CENTRAL YOLO COUNTIES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM...AND MAY LEAD
TO LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED
