  *Travel delays due to slick roads and mountain snow. Snow levels
   around 6000 to 7000 feet with moderate travel impacts near

  *Local road flooding possible in poor drainage areas.

.Timing and Strength...

   *Next wave of precipitation expected early Friday through early

   *Rain totals in the Sacramento valley ranging from a half to
    one inch with two inches or more in the foothills.

   *Snow totals ranging one to four inches near Sierra pass levels
    with one to two feet near Sierra Crest.
