...Gustnadoes observed in near Milford Indiana and Grover Hill,
Ohio...

Video footage was received from at least 2 circulations in
contact with the ground for a brief period over open fields south
of Milford, Indiana and also near Grover Hill, Ohio. A review of
radar data has lead to the conclusion that these features were
gustnadoes, which can develop in association with gust fronts from
weakening convection. They are not considered part of a
thunderstorm and are therefore not considered a bona fide tornado.
Emergency management officials from Kosciusko and Paulding
counties reported no damage.
