WET WEATHER CONDITIONS TO RECOVER STARTING THURSDAY.

THE SAMOAN ISLANDS WILL RIDE ALONG THE NORTHERN EDGE OF THE HIGH PRESSURE
AREA. THUS...INCREASING CLOUDINESS AND RAINFALL ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN
NEARLY STATIONARY OVER THE REGION DURING THE LONG-TERM FCST PERIOD.
AS THE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM WELL SOUTHWEST OF THE SAMOAN ISLANDS
MOVE EASTWARD SLOWLY...LOCAL SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 10 TO 15 KT WILL
INCREASE TO 15 TO 20 KT DURING SUNDAY.
