.SHORT TERM...
TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT...SATELLITE IMAGERIES SHOW A FEW
CLOUDS OVER THE ISLANDS AND A LOT OF CONVECTIONS TO THE NORTH AND
NORTHEAST. RAOB FROM THIS AFTERNOON DEPICTS A STABLE PROFILE.
ASCAT SWATH FROM THIS MORNING DISPLAYED LIGHT WINDS ACROSS THE
ISLANDS AND BREEZY TO STRONG TRADES OVER NIUE. MODELS SUGGEST THAT
THE HIGH PRESSURE TO THE SOUTH WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EASTWARD.
THUS PUSHING GENTLE TRADES ACROSS THE ISLANDS TONIGHT. TRADES WILL
CONTINUE TO INCREASE ACROSS THE ISLANDS ON FRIDAY MORNING TO
BREEZY CONDITIONS. ON SATURDAY NIGHT...TRADES WILL AGAIN AMPLIFY
TO STRONG WINDS AS THE HIGH PRESSURE INTENSIFIES TO THE FAR SOUTH.
SHOWERS WILL BE AT A MINIMUM AMOUNT DURING THE SHORT TERM.

.LONG TERM...
SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...HIGH PRESSURE TO THE FAR SOUTH WILL
SLOWLY MOVE EASTWARD...PUSHING MOST OF THE MOISTURE TO THE NORTH
THROUGHOUT THE LONG TERM. STRONG TRADES WILL CONTINUE TO IMPACT
THE ISLANDS THROUGHOUT THE LONG TERM. THEREFORE EXPECT ISOLATED
SHOWERS AND STRONG TRADES DURING THE LONG PERIOD.

SEAS OF 5 TO 7 FT WILL RISE 6 TO 8 FT FRIDAY MORNING BEFORE
CLIMBING 7 TO 9 FT ON SATURDAY NIGHT. HAZARDOUS SEAS WILL PERSIST
THROUGH THE REST OF THE FORECAST PERIOD.
