  Cashie River Near Windsor affecting Bertie County


For the Lower Roanoke Basin...including Windsor...Minor flooding is
occurring and is expected to continue.

...The Flood Warning has been extended until Friday morning...The
Flood Warning continues for
  The Cashie River Near Windsor
* until Friday morning...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 04:15 AM Thursday the stage was 8.4 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 8.6 feet by this
  morning. The river will fall below flood stage after midnight
  tomorrow.
* At 8.0 feet...Portions of N. York St, Davis Ball Park and the
  Cashie Wetlands Walk begin to flood.
