...The Flood Warning continues for the following river in Idaho..
  Boise River At Glenwood Bridge affecting Ada and Canyon Counties.

.Releases from Lucky Peak reservoir are resulting in high river
levels on the Boise River below the dam. These flows are necessary
for flood control due to high elevation snowmelt and diminishing
storage space in the reservoir system. The high flows are expected
to continue for the foreseeable future.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons with interests near the river should continue to take action
to protect property.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Boise River At Glenwood Bridge.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 7000 cfs.
* Forecast...regulated flows are expected to remain near 8370 cfs
  at Glenwood Bridge with minor fluctuations possible.
* Impact...At 8370 cfs...Or 11.3 feet, large sections of the green
  belt will be submerged and severe bank erosion will occur.
  Flooding will occur in low areas close to the river in Boise,
  Garden City, Eagle and Caldwell, but the water should remain
  below the level of most residential areas. Water will seep into
  the Garden City warehouse district between 45th and 47th streets.
