The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Laramie County in southeastern Wyoming...

* Until 645 PM MDT

* At 350 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow-
  moving thunderstorms. So far, 1 to 2 inches of rainfall has
  occurred in this area during the last hour. This will cause minor
  flooding in the advisory area.

* Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
  Laramie County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
