* SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN HARRISON COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN TEXAS...
  EASTERN MARION COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 1130 PM CDT

* AT 835 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE
  ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  JEFFERSON...WOODLAWN...KARNACK...SMITHLAND...LODI...GRAY...
  UNCERTAIN AND PRUETT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. NEVER DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. FLOOD WATERS ARE USUALLY
DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. JUST ONE FOOT OF FLOWING WATER IS POWERFUL
ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.
