FLOOD STATEMENT

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways.  Use caution when
walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in
flooded rivers and bayous.

...The flood warning extended until late Wednesday night...The flood
warning continues for
  the Neches River Near Diboll.
* until late Wednesday night...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:15 AM Monday The stage was 10.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this evening and continue to
  rise to near 12.6 feet BY Tuesday afternoon. The river will
  fall below flood stage by late Wednesday morning.
* Impact...at 12.0 feet...Minor lowland flooding occurs.
