...The National Weather Service in Jacksonville Fl has issued a flood
warning for the following rivers in Florida...

  South Fork Black Creek Near Penney Farms affecting Clay County


All persons with interest along the river should monitor the latest
forecasts...And be prepared to take necessary precautions to protect
life and property. Do not drive cars through flooded areas. If you
see flood waters...Remember to turn around and do not drown.

The National Weather Service in Jacksonville Fl has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The South Fork Black Creek Near Penney Farms.
* from this morning to late tonight...Or until the warning is
* At  3:30 AM Monday the stage was 13.7 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 14.5 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this morning and continue to
  rise to near 15.0 feet by this afternoon.the river will fall below
  flood stage by this evening.
* Impact...At 14.5 feet...Flooding begins to impact low lying
  driveways and access roads along Creek Street, Black Creek Drive
  and Lightning Lane. Docks and other low lying property along the
  creek begin to flood.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...Should water levels continue rising,
  preparations to protect property should begin.
