Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
Nantional Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
219 PM CST Sun Feb 19 2017

.DISCUSSION...
There is a slight chance of rain tonight from the eastern Permian
Basin south to the Big Bend. RH recovery will be fair to good. The
passage of a deep upper level storm system will result in the potential
for elevated fire weather concerns over the SE NM Plains, Upper Trans
Pecos and portions of the Marfa Plateau, Van Horn area and Davis Mountains
Monday afternoon. Northwest winds will be 15-20 mph, and RH/s 15-20
percent in these areas.
