Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Wichita KS
445 AM CST Thu Jan 19 2017

Mostly cloudy skies were found across most of the plains states
overnight, as a weak upper level system moves across the region. As
this system moves across, abundant low level moisture has led to
area of fog and patchy drizzle across most of Kansas, Nebraska and
western Missouri. Early morning temperatures ranged from the middle
30s in Nebraska to the upper 40s in Oklahoma.

The mostly cloudy skies will continue across the region today, as
the weak upper low continues to drift slowly across Kansas. This
will lead to areas of fog, drizzle and light rain across most of the
Kansas and western Missouri. The rest of the region will see partly
cloudy skies. High temperatures today will range from the upper 30s
in central Nebraska to the lower 60s in Oklahoma.

The upper low will slowly drift northeast into eastern Nebraska
tonight, with areas of fog, drizzle and light rain moving into
northwest Missouri, and Kansas. The rest of the region will see
cloudy skies. Low temperatures tonight will range from the lower 20s
in northwest Kansas to the middle 40s in southeast Missouri.
