A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE REGION TONIGHT WITH HIGH PRESSURE
TAKING CONTROL OF THE WEATHER MONDAY INTO TUESDAY. A PASSING SHOWER
CANNOT BE RULED OUT WITH THE PASSAGE OF THE FRONT. LOWS TONIGHT WILL
RANGE FROM THE LOWER AND MIDDLE 50S ACROSS THE INTERIOR TO THE LOWER
60S CLOSER TO THE COAST.

A MUCH COOLER AND DRIER AIR MASS MOVES INTO THE TRI-STATE BEHIND
THE FRONT FOR MONDAY. TEMPERATURES WILL ONLY BE IN THE UPPER 60S TO
LOWER 70S UNDER MOSTLY SUNNY SKY CONDITIONS. A CHILLY MONDAY NIGHT
IS EXPECTED AS TEMPERATURES FALL WELL BELOW NORMAL IN THE UPPER 30S
AND LOWER 40S INLAND TO THE UPPER 40S AND LOW 50S ELSEWHERE.

SUNNY AND COOL CONDITIONS CONTINUE ON TUESDAY WITH HIGHS A FEW
DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE.
