The likelihood for rain...drizzle...and fog will increase late
tonight as a warm front slowly approaches from the south. With the
warm front approaching, temperatures will remain nearly steady or
slowly rise overnight. Lows will be in the upper 30s to lower

The warm front will be in the vicinity on Monday. A weak area of
low pressure will ride along this boundary, continuing the chances
for rain, with the best chance in the morning into early afternoon.
Temperatures will be warmer, with upper 40s to lower 50s expected
away from the New York City metro area. Upper 50s to lower 60s
are possible across the NYC and NJ metro.

Unsettled conditions continue into Tuesday as a cold front
approaches from the west, with temperatures continuing to warm.
However, skies will continue to be mostly cloudy.
