A WARM FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE SOUTH THROUGH TONIGHT...THEN PUSHES
NORTH INTO THE AREA ON MONDAY...WITH WAVES OF LOW PRESSURE RIDING
ALONG IT THROUGH MONDAY. THE RESULT WILL BE GREY AND DAMP CONDITIONS
OVER THE TRI-STATE THROUGH THEN. HIGHS TODAY WILL BE SOME 10 TO 15
DEGREES BELOW NORMAL...MAINLY FROM THE UPPER 40S TO AROUND 50...WITH
RAIN OVERSPREADING THE TRI-STATE DURING THE DAY. THERE SHOULD BE
A LULL IN THE STEADIER RAIN TONIGHT...SO SHOULD SEE SOME FOG AND
DRIZZLE INSTEAD...WITH LOWS WITHIN A FEW DEGREES OF NORMAL.

MONDAY SHOULD SEE THE RETURN OF STEADIER RAIN AND HIGHS A FEW DEGREES
BELOW NORMAL...AROUND 10 DEGREES WARMER THAN TODAY. IN ADDITION TO
THE RAIN...THE AREA COULD EXPERIENCE A FEW RUMBLES OF THUNDER FROM
THIS AFTERNOON INTO MONDAY AS WELL.

THE FRONT PUSHES BACK TO THE SOUTH MONDAY NIGHT...WITH ANOTHER LOW
PASSING TO OUR SOUTH ALONG IT BY TUESDAY. THE RESULT WILL BE FOG AND
DRIZZLE RETURNING TONIGHT...THEN ANOTHER BATCH OF RAIN LATE MONDAY
NIGHT AND TUESDAY. HIGHS TUESDAY SHOULD BE AROUND 10 DEGREES BELOW
NORMAL...MAINLY IN THE 50S ACROSS THE TRI-STATE.
