Showers with a chance of thunderstorms are forecast across the
south this evening with rain likely north. The showers and
possible thunderstorms are expected to shift north overnight,
while a chance of showers continues across the south. Farther west
where temperatures are colder, snow or a wintry mix is expected
with winter weather headlines over northern and western Minnesota.
Low temperatures will range from the lower to middle 30s across
northern Minnesota, to the middle 40s over northern Illinois.

For Monday, on and off rain showers will continue across much of
the region. Snow is expected in central and northeast Minnesota.
Snow is also possible in far northwest Wisconsin. High
temperatures will range from the middle 30s near Duluth, to the
middle 50s near Chicago.
