LIGHT RAIN WILL OVERSPREAD EASTERN KENTUCKY LATE TONIGHT INTO
EARLY MONDAY MORNING. TEMPERATURES IN VALLEY LOCATIONS ARE ALREADY
AT OR BELOW FREEZING...AND COULD GO EVEN LOWER. THIS WILL LEAD TO
THE THREAT OF FREEZING RAIN LATE TONIGHT. A LIGHT GLAZE OF ICE
COULD DEVELOP...ESPECIALLY ON UNTREATED SURFACES...BRIDGES...
DECKS...AND SIDEWALKS. THE THREAT OF ICY CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR
DURING THE MONDAY MORNING COMMUTE. TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB ABOVE
FREEZING BY MIDDAY MONDAY...ENDING THE THREAT.
