At 100 PM CDT/1200 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated showers along a
line extending from 20 miles northeast of Ellsworth to near Chappell
to near Medicine Creek Reservoir State Recreation Area, moving north
at 10 mph.

Light rain is expected with these showers which will produce less
than 1/10 of an inch of rainfall this afternoon.

This rain was associated with an upper level disturbance forecast to
move into Kansas and Oklahoma this afternoon. The light showers are
expected to continue this afternoon across Western and
Southern Nebraska and dissipate this evening.

Locations impacted include...
Ogallala, Imperial, Grant, Curtis, Chappell, Oshkosh, Big Springs,
Hayes Center, Wauneta, Wallace, Brule, Ellsworth, Madrid, Lewellen,
Venango, Elsie, Wellfleet, Stockville, Lamar and Dickens.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 250 between mile markers 1 and 32.
 Highway 2 between mile markers 104 and 144.
 Highway 61 between mile markers 25 and 122, and between mile markers
143 and 147.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 115 and 138.
 Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 78 and 130.
