WESTERN NEBRASKA INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. THE HEAVIEST SNOW
WILL FALL ALONG INTERSTATE 80 FROM BIG SPRINGS CHAPPELL AREA TO
BRADY. VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED TO A QUARTER OF A MILE AT
TIMES. WINDS WERE BECOMING EAST NORTHEAST AND WILL INCREASE
THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS CAUSING BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW
WHICH WILL MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS...ESPECIALLY ON NORTH SOUTH
ROADS. HOURLY SNOWFALL RATES OF AROUND AN INCH CAN BE EXPECTED
