At 530 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated a line of showers and
thunderstorms along a line extending from 9 miles south of Lake
Maloney State Recreation Area to near Eustis, moving north at 25 mph.

Small hail and 1/4 inch of rain are possible with the thunderstorms.
This rain was associated with an approaching Pacific cold front and
upper level disturbance moving through the Central Rockies.
Scattered shower and thunderstorm activity is expected to continue
throughout the evening and overnight across Western and North
Central Nebraska.

Locations impacted include...
North Platte, Broken Bow, Stapleton, Arnold, Callaway, Brady, Eustis,
Merna, Maxwell, Oconto, Wellfleet, Moorefield, Gandy, Lake Maloney
State Recreation Area, North Platte Airport, Logan, Cottonwood Canyon
State Wildlife Management Area, Lodi, Tarboz Lake and Shanklin Bluff.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 2 between mile markers 267 and 278.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 218 and 273.
 Highway 97 between mile markers 1 and 5.
 Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 172 and 207.
