...Winter Storm Warning...
Widespread snow will continue through the afternoon. A band of
nearly stationary heavy snow about 40 miles wide will continue to
drift slowly north. This band is from central Sheridan county to
Valentine. Hourly snow fall rates in this band will range from one
to two inches.

Light to moderate snow will continue along and north of a line
from Oshkosh to Thedford to Oneill. Hourly snowfall rates of
around a quarter to a half inch are expected.

Northeast winds at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph will cause
areas of blowing snow and drifting snow. Visibilities may be
reduced to near zero at times in the band of heavy snow and a half
mile over the remainder of northern Nebraska.
