EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS. THIS RAIN WAS ASSOCIATED WITH A WEAK
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVING THROUGH THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE RAIN
IS EXPECTED TO END MID TO LATE MORNING AS THE DISTURBANCE MOVES
