At 454 AM CDT/354 AM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated the leading edge
of an area of rain and snow along a line extending from 8 miles west
of Naper to 13 miles north of Rose, moving east at 40 mph.

Arctic air is moving into Northern Nebraska and this will change the
rain over to wet snow this morning. Snowfall rates could briefly
reach an inch per hour. Around an inch accumulation is expected.

Locations impacted include...
O`neill, Valentine, Ainsworth, Bassett, Spencer, Springview,
Atkinson, Stuart, Ewing, Butte, Long Pine, Chambers, Lynch, Page,
Cody, Merriman, Newport, Naper, Kilgore and Johnstown.
