THE RAIN WILL CHANGE TO WET SNOW WITH SNOWFALL RATES OF 1/2 TO 1
INCH PER HOUR THIS MORNING...MAINLY ACROSS THE SANDHILLS AND
SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA. VISIBILITY WILL FALL TO 1/2 MILE AT TIMES.

THIS SNOW WAS PART OF A DEVELOPING CENTRAL ROCKIES STORM SYSTEM
WHICH WILL MOVE THROUGH THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PLAINS
