TODAY...WIDESPREAD SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE COMMON
THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS MUCH OF WESTERN NEBRASKA...ESPECIALLY ACROSS
THE EASTERN PANHANDLE AND SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA WHERE LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL WAS REPORTED. HIGH TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE LOW
70S ACROSS NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA TO NEAR 80 ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA.

TONIGHT...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY PUSH
FROM WEST TO EAST ACROSS WESTERN NEBRASKA. SOME STORMS MAY PRODUCE
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...ESPECIALLY WHERE ANY TRAINING OF STORMS
OCCUR. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF BETWEEN A QUARTER OF AN INCH TO ONE
INCH WILL BE COMMON...ALTHOUGH HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE IN SOME
LOCATIONS. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL VARY FROM THE UPPER 50S ACROSS
THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE...TO THE UPPER 60 ACROSS THE EASTERN
SANDHILLS.
