MOVED INTO NEBRASKA. LOWS WERE NEAR NORMAL IN THE 30S WITH
SOUTHERLY WINDS AROUND 5 TO 10 MPH.

TODAY...SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL CRANK UP IN ADVANCE OF THE NEXT STORM
SYSTEM TO MOVE INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS. EXPECTS WIND SPEED OF 15
TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM INTO THE
70S UNDER PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES. A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE IN THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE LATE DAY...WITH THUNDERSTORM
CHANCES SPREADING EAST INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.
