PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON.
WITH HOT AND HUMID AIR IN PLACE OVER CENTRAL NEBRASKA...HEAT
INDEX VALUES OF 100 OR HIGHER ARE LIKELY. A HEAT ADVISORY IS IN
EFFECT FROM 3 TO 8 PM CDT. AREAS ALONG AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 83 WILL
HAVE HIGHS IN THE MID TO UPPER 90S WITH SLIGHTLY LOWER HUMIDITY.
