A DEPARTING HIGH PRESSURE PROVIDED PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES
OVER WESTERN NEBRASKA FOR MUCH OF THE DAY. A STORM SYSTEM MOVING
EAST OFF THE ROCKIES DEVELOPED SOME THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
PANHANDLE THIS EVENING. HIGHS RANGED FROM THE LOWER 70S IN NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA TO THE LOWER 80S FAR SOUTHWEST. SOUTH WINDS
GUSTED ABOVE 30 MILES PER HOUR THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD EAST
ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT. SOME STORMS MAY BE STRONG WITH GUSTY
WINDS...GENERALLY WEST OF HIGHWAY 83. LOWS WILL BE FAIRLY MILD
WITH MOST LOCATIONS ONLY DROPPING INTO THE LOWER 50S.
