WITH THE HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM SLOWLY DRIFTING EAST...MILDER AIR
BEGAN MOVING INTO THE AREA. LOWS RANGED FROM THE UPPER 40S IN
NORTHWEST NEBRASKA TO THE LOWER 50S ACROSS THE SANDHILLS TO THE
UPPER 50S IN FAR SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA. THE SKY REMAINED MOSTLY CLEAR
WITH A LIGHT SOUTHEAST WIND.

SUNNY BUT HAZY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TODAY AS UPPER LEVEL WINDS
PULL IN SMOKE FROM THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST WILDFIRES. HIGHS WILL BE
SEASONABLE WITH LOWER 90S IN THE PANHANDLE...MID 80S ALONG HIGHWAY
83 CORRIDOR...AND NEAR 80 IN NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. SOUTHEAST
WINDS WILL BE SLIGHTLY BREEZY THIS AFTERNOON...PRIMARILY FOR AREAS
ALONG AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 83.
