ACROSS WESTERN NEBRASKA ROSE INTO THE LOW TO UPPER 90S...WITH THE
MID TO UPPER 80S ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. THE WARMEST
LOCATION IN THE REGION WAS IMPERIAL...WHICH HIT A SWELTERING HIGH
OF 99 DEGREES TODAY. IN ADDITION TO THE UPPER LEVEL RIDGE...A
SURFACE WARM FRONT WAS DRAPED APPROXIMATELY FROM CODY...TO
BREWSTER...TO SARGENT ALL DAY. THIS FRONT PROVIDED SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND EVEN A FEW THUNDERSTORMS TO NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA
DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS TODAY .

TONIGHT...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
NORTH OF NEBRASKA HIGHWAY 2...WITH A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ELSEWHERE. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL FALL INTO THE LOW
TO MID 60S...WITH LIGHT NORTHERLY WINDS.
