DIPPED INTO THE LOW TO MID TEENS. TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE UPPER
TEENS TO LOW 20S ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. WINDS WERE OUT OF
THE NORTHWEST AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH.

TODAY...TEMPERATURES WILL BE COLD WITH HIGHS IN THE LOW 20S ACROSS
NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. ACROSS WESTERN AND SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA HIGHS
WILL BE IN THE MID 20S UNDER MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES. WINDS WILL BE
LIGHT OUT OF THE NORTHWEST AROUND 5 MPH THEN SWITCH TO THE SOUTHEAST
HEADING INTO THE EVENING HOURS.
