TODAY...WHICH USHERED IN WELL BELOW TEMPERATURES FOR WESTERN
NEBRASKA. HIGHS RANGED FROM THE LOWER TEENS IN NORTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA TO NEAR 20 IN THE PLATTE RIVER VALLEY. NORTH WINDS GUSTED
ABOVE 20 MILES PER HOUR AT TIMES...CREATING WIND CHILLS BELOW ZERO.

THE CLOUDS WILL SLOWLY CLEAR OUT ACROSS SOUTHERN NEBRASKA WHILE
CLEAR SKIES WILL CONTINUE ACROSS NORTHERN NEBRASKA TONIGHT. AS
WINDS LIGHTEN...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BELOW ZERO FOR MANY
LOCATIONS NORTH OF HIGHWAY 2 AND INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS SOUTH.
