TODAY...SKIES BEGAN MOSTLY CLOUDY ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION THIS MORNING...AND
REMAINED SO THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON...BEFORE GIVING WAY TO
PARTLY SUNNY SKIES LATE THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE
LOW 60S OVER THE PINE RIDGE...TO THE LOW 70S ACROSS THE REST OF
THE REGION. WINDS WERE ALSO QUITE BRISK TODAY...WITH SUSTAINED
WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MILES PER HOUR...AND GUSTS AS HIGH AS 40 MILES
PER HOUR.

TONIGHT...SKIES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN PARTLY CLOUDY THROUGHOUT
THE NIGHTTIME HOURS...AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO WESTERN NEBRASKA.
LOW TEMPERATURES WILL BE THE COOLEST OVER THE EASTERN
PANHANDLE...WHERE THE LOW TO MID 30S ARE EXPECTED. TEMPERATURES
WILL BE WARMEST OVER NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA TONIGHT...WITH LOWS IN
THE UPPER 30 TO LOWER 40S. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO SUBSIDE AS THE
NIGHT PROGRESSES.
