MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS WERE EXPERIENCED ACROSS WESTERN
NEBRASKA OVERNIGHT DUE TO A HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM. THIS COMBINATION
LED TO A COLD NIGHT WITH LOWS IN THE LOWER TO MID 20S. LATER IN
THE MORNING...SOME LOW CLOUDS AND PATCHY FOG MOVED INTO NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

WESTERN NEBRASKA WILL CONTINUE TO SEE CLEAR CONDITIONS INTO THIS
AFTERNOON WHILE THE CLOUDS OVER NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA WILL
DIMINISH BY LUNCHTIME. HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 60S IN THE
PANHANDLE TO THE UPPER 50S NORTH CENTRAL. WIND WILL STAY FROM THE SOUTH
AT GENERALLY BETWEEN 10 AND 20 MILES PER HOUR.
