SANDHILLS...WITH ACCUMULATIONS GENERALLY AROUND ONE INCH OR LESS.

TODAY...HIGH TEMPERATURES ACROSS WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL
NEBRASKA WILL BE COLD...WITH SOME LOCATIONS ACROSS NORTHERN
NEBRASKA RUNNING ANYWHERE FROM 5 TO 10 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. SNOW
WILL BE POSSIBLE GENERALLY NORTH OF A NEBRASKA HIGHWAY 2 LINE
THROUGHOUT THE DAY...WITH ONLY LIGHT ACCUMULATION EXPECTED. BREEZY NORTHWEST
WINDS WILL BE FELT...WITH SUSTAINED SPEEDS OF 15 TO 30 MILES PER
HOUR AND GUSTS APPROACHING 40 MILES PER HOUR.
