QUITE HOT. AFTERNOON TEMPERATURE READINGS AT IMPERIAL SOARED INTO
THE TRIPLE DIGITS AND TIED THE RECORD HIGH OF 102 DEGREES. HIGHS
GRADUALLY COOLED TO THE NORTH AND EAST...WITH HIGHS OF 92 AT NORTH
PLATTE...96 AT VALENTINE...AND 88 AT O`NEILL. A LONE THUNDERSTORM
DEVELOPED EARLY IN THE EVENING OVER DEUEL AND GARDEN COUNTIES AND
SLOWLY DRIFTED NORTHEAST...PRODUCING LIGHTNING...MODERATE
RAINFALL...AND BRIEF GUSTY WINDS.

TONIGHT...ISOLATED STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE...BUT SEVERE WEATHER IS
NOT ANTICIPATED. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE LOW TO MID 60S.
