Today, high temperatures once again rose above seasonable norms.
Values peaked in the upper 70s to upper 80s across the region,
or about 15 to 20 degrees above normal.

For tonight, increasing cloud cover combined with stronger winds
will keep overnight lows well above normal. Values will only reach
the upper 40s for areas west of Highway 61 and remain in the 50s
elsewhere. Another warm day is expected Friday with highs reaching
the upper 70s with strong winds out of the south gusting to as
high as 35 mph during the afternoon.
