LOW CLOUDS AND RELATIVELY BREEZY SOUTH WINDS THIS MORNING KEPT THE
FOG TO A MINIMUM ACROSS WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. LOWS
WERE VERY MILD AS THEY RANGED FROM NEAR FREEZING IN NORTHWEST
NEBRASKA TO THE UPPER 40S TOWARD CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

THE THICK CLOUD COVER WILL STICK AROUND FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE
DAY AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM APPROACHES THE GREAT PLAINS. SOUTH
WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MILES PER HOUR WILL ACCOMPANY SEASONABLY WARM
HIGHS IN THE 50S. PATCHY FOG AND DRIZZLE MAY DEVELOP LATE THIS
EVENING...PARTICULARLY FOR AREAS ALONG AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 83.
