Today, high temperatures were in the 40s across much of northern
Nebraska, and in the 50s across southwest Nebraska. Gusty north
northwest winds were common throughout the day, with most areas
seeing wind gusts up to 40 to 50 mph. Clouds were generally clear,
with only a few passing clouds.

For tonight, temperatures will be around 5 to 10 degrees above
normal, with lows in the teens across western Nebraska, and in
the 20s across north central Nebraska where there will also be
more cloud cover. After a gusty day, winds will decrease
throughout the night and remain out of the north northwest.
