TODAY...LOW CLOUDS AND LOCALLY DENSE FOG AT TIMES...WERE COMMON
ACROSS PARTS OF NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...EASTERN SANDHILLS...AND
INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR TROUGH LATE MORNING. THESE LOW CLOUDS...AND
DENSE FOG...HELPED TO KEEP TEMPERATURES IN THE LOW TO MID 40S
ACROSS THIS REGION. ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE REGION...HIGHS RANGED
FROM THE UPPER 50S TO NEAR 60 OVER SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA AND THE
CENTRAL SANDHILLS...TO LOW TO MID 60S OVER THE EASTERN PANHANDLE
AND NORTHERN NEBRASKA. WINDS DURING THE DAY WERE GENERALLY FROM
THE SOUTH AT 5 TO 10 MILES PER HOUR.

TONIGHT...LOCALLY DENSE FOG AND LOW CLOUDS ARE ONCE AGAIN LIKELY
ACROSS AREAS THAT SAW THE FOG AND LOW CLOUDS THIS MORNING. SOME
FOG MAY FREEZE TO ROADWAYS...ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND
OVERPASSES...CREATING SLICK SPOTS. VISIBILITIES WILL ALSO BE
REDUCED ACROSS AREAS THAT SEE FOG THIS EVENING...WITH ONE QUARTER
OF A MILE OR LESS POSSIBLE IN SOME AREAS. OVERNIGHT LOW
TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 20S TO LOW 30S ACROSS WESTERN
AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. WINDS WILL LIGHT...AND FROM THE SOUTH DURING
THE NIGHTTIME HOURS.
