OVERNIGHT...A BROAD UPPER LEVEL LOW MOVED ACROSS WESTERN
NEBRASKA...AND HELPED TO SPREAD WIDESPREAD CLOUD
COVER...SHOWERS...AND EVEN A FEW EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS
PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS
OF A QUARTER OF AN INCH TO HALF OF AN INCH WERE COMMON UNDER THE
MOST PERSISTENT SHOWERS...WITH EVEN SOME LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.
LOW TEMPERATURES WERE GENERALLY IN THE UPPER 40S TO MID 50S ACROSS
THE REGION...WITH VARIABLE WINDS.

TODAY...THE UPPER LEVEL LOW WILL LIFT NORTHEAST INTO THE EASTERN
DAKOTAS AND WESTERN MINNESOTA THROUGHOUT THE DAYTIME HOURS.
ISOLATED AND SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
ACROSS MOST OF WESTERN AND NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA DURING THE
DAY...WITH THE BEST CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION BEING ALONG AND NORTH
OF NEBRASKA HIGHWAY 2. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE LOW
60S OVER NORTHWESTERN NEBRASKA...MID 60S OVER THE EASTERN
PANHANDLE...WESTERN SANDHILLS...AND NORTHERN NEBRASKA...UPPER 60S
OVER NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...AND LOW 70S OVER THE CENTRAL AND
EASTERN SANDHILLS...AND SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA. WINDS WILL BE
BREEZY OUT OF THE WEST NORTHWEST AT 15 TO 25 MILES PER HOUR...WITH
GUSTS AS HIGH AS 35 MILES PER HOUR.
